WHO WE ARE?

Arise Construction and Development Corporation (ACDC) traces its roots to Livewire Engineering Services and Trading, established in 2014 by Engr. Aries Tanglao in partnership with Engr. Angelo Mamangun Jr. The company initially specialized in electrical works such as system protection, industrial controls, solar installations, and wiring for residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects. In 2017, it marked a major milestone by expanding into construction, starting with a government contract for a classroom building in Tarlac. The success of this project and strong client referrals paved the way for continued growth.


Between 2019 and 2020, the company significantly broadened its scope, taking on larger-scale construction projects including warehouses, residential units, and commercial buildings. This growth and diversification eventually led to the formal establishment of Arise Construction and Development Corporation in 2024, created to focus exclusively on construction-related services. Meanwhile, Livewire Engineering Services remains active in the electrical sector. Today, ACDC is recognized for its ability to deliver a wide range of construction projects—from residential and commercial developments to mixed-use and warehouse structures—while maintaining its commitment to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.
